Shipping & Returns

Quick delivery: We will dispatch orders placed before 2pm GMT on the same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday. UK customers can expect their purchases to arrive in 1-2 working days

Our main priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us.  In the unlikely event that you are not, then please feel free to return the goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange with a completed returns form attached.

Returns- Items can be returned back to us for any reason provided it is returned unused with its original packaging and the order number should be clearly stated.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is safely received back. Any item that is returned is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure it arrives safely. We recommend that you get a Certificate of Postage, or send the item by recorded delivery.

Exchanges- If you find your purchase unsuitable for any reason, we can exchange it (subject to stock availability)To enable us to do this, please include a returns form that clearly states  Refund or Exchange and send it back to us within 28 days of purchase, ensuring that :

  • The goods are in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labelling enclosed

Faulty Goods : If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please send it back to us with a copy of the invoice and complete the Returns Form explaining what is wrong.  If a fault or damage is found we will reimburse you the postage.  To enable us to reimburse this please advise us of the cost in writing.

*Please Note : In some cases the manufacturer/supplier may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place.  If this is the case we will inform you.  Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

Returning Your Purchase By Post

To return your purchase by post complete the Returns Form stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.  Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase as your input is valuable to us when reviewing the products we stock.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in a saleable condition.
